In the Belgian town of Ukkel complaints have been filed against a man who apparently enjoys sitting on a tow bar for his own sexual pleasure.
Two weeks ago the police received the first complaints when the pervert was spotted walking around the neighbourhood wearing nothing more then a t-shirt. He was running through the street, randomly ringing doorbells before disappearing. When the police arrived, they found the man hidden in between some parked cars. When questioned about his semi nudity the man answered that he had simply lost his trousers. The officers took the man home without any charges being made.
The next night more complaints came in to the emergency dispatch at the local police station. The pervert was spotted wondering around that same neighbourhood again. Witnesses claim seeing the man stopping at every parked car and then lowering himself on to the Tow bar. The police were called and asked to come and arrest him but when they arrived at the scene of the “crime” the man had already left.
