You might find that gay bars in Benidorm are a little different to what you are used to. Most gay bars, unless they are attached to a hotel, do not usually open until at least 10pm or sometimes 11pm. Even then they rarely start to get really busy until midnight. Most of the bars in the town are centred around the Old Town. There are a wide variety of bars in the area some very private others open but there is usually something to suit everybody, whether its that quiet drink out or a visit to the dark room.
